Our staff is always on hand to lend a helping hand but we've also compiled a collection of instructional videos for your reference. Olivia Lopez, a.k.a. the "Junior Ninjaneer" from Season 3 of American Ninja Warrior Junior and the 2023 WNL world champion for the teen division. She'll teach you the ninja skills you need to get started on the road to becoming a real ninja warrior.
